We work on payment disputes, variation claim disagreements, extension-of-time denials, liquidated damages assessments, defects liability issues, and termination claims. Our three core services — contract advisory, CIPAA adjudication, and construction arbitration — cover the main stages at which these disputes need legal input.

CIPAA adjudication is a faster statutory process designed specifically for unpaid construction claims. It must conclude within fixed timelines under the 2012 Act. Arbitration is a more comprehensive dispute resolution process administered by AIAC, suited for complex matters involving defects, delays, or project termination that require more extensive evidence and advocacy.

Contract review and drafting engagements typically span one to three weeks, depending on the scope and complexity of the document. We provide a risk-allocation summary and key-dates schedule as part of the deliverable.

We offer starting-point fees for each service area — RM 750 for contract advisory, RM 2,400 for CIPAA adjudication representation, and RM 5,000 for construction arbitration. Final fees are discussed at initial consultation based on the specific scope and complexity of your matter.
